great location but tiny shower issues
The staff were friendly! I appreciated the accommodating nature of the reception team when I had travel complications. The harbor view from my room was fine.
The water pressure in the shower could definitely be improved.

It's RELAXING nice basic hotel with knowledgeable and lively staff. Good area, central location short walk to Gorey, Jersey during the annual big ride out and the beach and rock pools.

My room was newly decorated and generous sized and featured nice view of the castle. It was in a very pretty location with a perfect medieval castle nearby.

Stayed at this wonderful hotel, but alas, my room came with a twin bed, how quaint! The noise from the bar was spectacularly disruptive at night! Shockingly, I was not offered a room upgrade for such a terrible experience. Just couldn't give a good review, despite the view being decent.

Staying at dolphin was a treat! The location is perfect, right on the waterfront, with fine harbor views. The staff were super friendly during our meals. We had two lovely dinners at the hotel, enjoying delicious food with great choices. The atmosphere was lively, especially with live music near the bar.

Fine views and good dining experience
Breakfast and dinner were excellent, with fresh seafood and thoughtful menus that was very good. The staff were accommodating, going out of their way to assist when my travel plans changed unexpectedly. There was quite a bit of noise from the bar below during the weekend, which could be disruptive.
